Shipping & Delivery

Items will be shipped within 2 business days from ordering. Orders placed on weekends or Irish bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most Irish addresses receive their order within 1–3 working days after dispatch. We use reliable tracked services so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.

Free shipping applies to all orders over €75. Orders below this threshold will be charged a flat delivery rate at checkout.

You may return unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@bysadie.ie within a reasonable time and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

We currently ship to addresses within Ireland and the United Kingdom. Delivery times and rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for non-EU deliveries and are the responsibility of the customer.
